Corporate event photographer in Barcelona

A corporate event is months of work concentrated into a few hours. Our job is to make sure those hours aren’t lost. We’re Piña Colada Studio, a team of photographers and videographers specialised in corporate events, based between Sabadell and Barcelona and covering the whole of Spain.

Since 2015 we’ve been putting images to events for brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Richemont, Moeve, Esteve and Otsuka. We know how to move through an 800-person convention without breaking its rhythm, and we know exactly which moments the comms team will want afterwards: the ovation, the catering detail, the networking, the spontaneous laugh at the photocall.

The events we cover

Conventions and congresses. Keynotes, panel discussions and everything that happens off-stage: arrivals, coffee breaks, corridor conversations. If you need it, we also film the full talks.

Team buildings. Team activities produce a company’s most human images. We document the day in a natural style, no forced poses, ideal for internal comms and employer branding.

Company celebrations. Gala dinners, summer parties, anniversaries and award ceremonies. We cover everything from setup to the dance floor, with special attention to the light and atmosphere of each venue.

Product launches and press events. When there are media and executives in the room, there’s no second take. We offer a same-day photo turnaround so your press team has material ready that day.

What our coverage includes

Event photography. Full editorial coverage delivered via an online gallery. Photocall with our own lighting and same-day press turnaround available as options.

Video. A 2–4 minute recap video built for LinkedIn and web, plus a 30–60 second vertical reel with dynamic pacing for Instagram and TikTok. If your event includes talks, we can also film them in full.

Streaming and broadcasting. We stream your event live, both on screens in the room and online for anyone who can’t attend.

Portrait and interview sets. While we’re there, we set up a station for corporate team portraits or social media interviews.

Drone. Whenever the venue allows it, drone footage is included in our corporate coverage. A perspective that always surprises.

Same Day Edit. Our specialty. We edit the recap video during the event itself and screen it before the day is over. The effect in the room is hard to forget.

How we work

1. Briefing. In an initial meeting you tell us about your brand and what you expect from the photography and video. We need to know what you want to show, and what details we can’t miss.

2. Production. We prepare the crew and equipment for the brief and coordinate with the event’s other suppliers: agency, venue, sound and lighting technicians.

3. Coverage and editing. We cover the event and start editing the next business day.

4. Delivery. You receive the material within the agreed timeframe: the video via a Vimeo link and the photos in an online gallery ready to share with your team.

Why Piña Colada Studio

We’re a studio founded in 2015. In 2017, Zankyou magazine named us one of the country’s best studios, and since then we’ve received awards and nominations at the WEVA, WEVSY and REC Awards. We’ve accompanied Charlotte Tilbury at their events in London, Paris and Berlin, Otsuka at the EULAR congress, Diners Club at their 75th anniversary, and Ajuntament de l'Hospitalet at Smart City. In Barcelona we regularly work at the city’s main venues — Fira Gran Via, Montjuïc and the CCIB — as well as hotels and corporate headquarters, so we already know their lighting, access points and logistics.
